Company introduction (Isaiah 11:6~9)
The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them.
The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest.
They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
출판사 소개
Holy Mountain은 한국기독교계 부흥사의 아버지로 불리시는 동인(東人) 정영문 목사님께서 이사야 11:9의 말씀을 바탕으로 작명(作名)해주신 이름입니다.
본 출판사는 기독교의 뿌리인 종교개혁가들(루터, 칼빈, 웨슬리 등)의 성경관점을 기반으로
오랜 시간 성경을 묵상, 연구, 연구비교하여 집필하는 과정에서 정리된 자료들을 도서로 출판하고 있습니다.
이 가운데 성서족보를 기획출판하여 성경에 소개된 인물들을 중심하여 성경 전체의 흐름을 보도록 하였으며,
더 나아가 문화사역에 있어 CCM의 성경적 해석을 위한 '성경으로 보는 CCM', 기독교 교리의 핵심인 대교리 문답서
(십계명, 주기도문, 사도신경)를 출판예정에 있습니다.
2016년 부터는 이선희 명예교수님의 존 웨슬리 원서 번역서 및 관련 연구 논문들을 기획하여 출간하고 있습니다.
